What’s included in a Greater Dayton home inspection?
A residential home inspection is a visual evaluation of major systems and components — roof, exterior, structure, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, attic/insulation, interiors, and garage when present. Mike Abshear, CMI® documents findings in a written report. See the Services page for a fuller list.
Do you offer termite or WDI inspections?
Yes. Wood-destroying insect (WDI / termite) inspections can be included when your contract or lender requires them. Mention WDI when you schedule so the visit is planned correctly. Call (937) 903-3415.
How long does a home inspection take?
Most single-family homes take a few hours on site, depending on size, age, and accessibility. Mike will give you a better estimate when you share the address.
When will I get the report?
Reports are delivered as quickly as practical after the inspection. Ask about timing when you book if you have a tight contingency. Same-day is sometimes possible — never promised without checking Mike’s schedule.
